Ingredients:-
Oil
2 Bay Leaves
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds
½ tsp. Mustard Seeds
2 Onions, ground
2 Tomatoes, ground
2 Green Chillies
1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp. Coriander Seed Powder
1 tsp. Cumin Seed Powder
1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 cup Curd
Water
Roasted Papads
Salt, to taste
1 tsp. Garam Masala
1 tsp. Dried Fenugreek
Coriander Leaves
Method:-
1. In a pan heat oil and add bay leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and turmeric powder. Stir well and cook until oils are released.
2. Then add curd, water and keep stirring. Boil for 5-7 minutes.
3. Roast the papads on an open flame.
4. Add water to the gravy and once it starts boiling, crush the roasted papads and add them to it.
5. Now add salt, garam masala, dried fenugreek and coriander leaves and serve.
Papad Ki Sabzi is ready to eat!!
